Privacy policy

When you contact Simaroproperties through this website, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, property address, phone number, optional email, selling timeline and property details.

How the information is used

Your details are used to review the property and respond to your enquiry. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or commit you to a property sale.

Where it goes

Property-offer requests are sent to Formspree, which stores submissions in our private inbox and handles email notifications to our team. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes information needed to operate the website. Enquiry details are not published on the website.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete an enquiry, or stop further contact, when our team responds. You can also submit a request at simaroproperties@gmail.com. Please do not send identification documents, banking details or other sensitive documents through this form.

Website storage

The enquiry form does not use advertising trackers or save your enquiry in browser storage. The hosting platform may use cookies required for access and security.
